Mike's Place at Marina Spatial

Wonderful place and wonderful host. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Everything was perfect.

Great flat, very functional & well located, a 5-10min ride to everything in Dumaguete. Mike & his wife were also very helpful & communicative, definitely recommend !

This apartment building is arguably the best in Dumaguete. It features a nice pool, a decent gym, good security, and conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants/bars. The host, Mike, is responsive and responsible. The unit itself is on a high floor, offering a mountain view and lush greenery below. It faces west. There’s a large smart TV with YouTube and other apps. I only cooked breakfast during my stay, but the kitchen was well-equipped with enough pots/glasses/coffee machine etc for two people. The apartment is close to the sea and surrounded by excellent dining options. My favorite restaurant was Bahia; Hayahay is a cheaper option to relax with a meal/drinks by the water. The unit is tucked away from the main road, so it’s generally quiet. Cons: No washing machine but laundry is close and cheap. There is a small mart across but the supermarket is 5 minutes away with tricycles (20 pesos only). You have to register guests for any unit in this building.

It was a spacious place for 2 persons, i will recommend this place, everything is working, fast internet.

Mike’s place is close to restaurants and easy to catch the trikes. I enjoyed my stay here and surely will be back. The condo has everything I needed. Mike is an awesome guy and always ready to help. He wants to interact and he is very friendly.

Nice apartment, perfect for long or short stays! Appreciate that kitchen appliances and pots and pans are included! High speed internet and smart tv! Very thoughtful host! Definitely recommend!
