The airport is around 15-20 minutes away from the condo. There are no taxis in Dumaguete so you need to take a tricycle (there are always plenty waiting at the exit). If you want to save money you can walk out of the airport (2 minutes) to the main road and get a regular tricycle for a much cheaper fare.

Yes, the unit is facing the amenities so no road or party noise from nearby restaurant or bars. Additonally the guards make sure that the house rules are followed and any excessive noise by other unit owners will be shut down immediately.
